DOMEISM, Richard Buckminster Fuller, the USA pavillion for the EXPO 1967 in Montreal, Canada In 1976 the Geodesic Dome ‘Biosphere of Man’ caught fire during repair work. It burned away the acrylic outer shell, but the metal superstructure was kept intact. Photo JBK 2006
